Not ideal for family with kids

The staff was nice, especially Andy who helped us when the neighbors were being loud. The pool was kept super clean, something the kids loved.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

The location was very convenient, central to many attractions. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. However, WiFi was unreliable, and some aspects of the facility could use updates. It was a decent stay overall, particularly for families needing a base while exploring the area.

The Deluxe King Suite offered ample space and comfort. I really appreciated the pool view which added a nice touch to the room ambiance. The hotel was ideally located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

However, the checkout process was quite chaotic, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was shocked at how dirty the room was. There were visible stains on the furniture, and the bathroom had mold in every corner. On top of that, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive when I brought these issues up, making me feel unwelcome.

The hotel rooms were definitely showing age—AC issues and a less-than-stellar breakfast that was always running low. I got a bit of a shady vibe from the guests around, which had me feeling uneasy for my grandkids.
